It all started with Rs. 500 gifted by my Manager as he was impressed with my work. I was wondering what I could do with it and finally decided to set-up a fish tank. I had my hands with fishes when I was in Chennai but that was a forgettable experience.
Now I used google to do a bit of home work on my fishes and decided to buy a small bowl. Visited a reputed Pet store in Sivaji Nagar, Bangalore and bought the following stuff.
- Fish bowl - Rs. 240
- Filter - Rs. 90
- Air pump - Rs. 200
- Gravel - Rs. 20
- Colored marbles - Rs. 30
- Net - Rs 60
- Castle - Rs. 110.
And finally 2 pairs of gold fish for Rs. 230 and Rs.20 respectively.
Reached home and started to setup my tank. Added the gravel, put the filter , colored marbles, castle in. My tank was ready. Now it was time for my fishes to get acclimatized with my tank. Allowed the fishes in the packet to float in my bowl for about 10 minutes. I was loosing patience to watch my fishes swim and released them into my tank.
Voila!!! My fish tank with 4 gold fish was ready.
All this happened in a hurry and I did commit major mistakes. More about my fishes coming soon.
